It's a big world with a lot of wonderful news!

Orla

I rarely bother to separate fantasy from reality.  My world is full of rainbows and chasms, and I'm full of happy and terrifying thoughts. It works for me.

That clarified:

I truly believe that this oak tree is one of the reasons I get to live on this ancient spot of earth.  I think she called me here when the farm needed tenancy.

(Here's the situation two weeks ago . . . I posted the pic and these words on a tree page.)
This BEAUTIFUL, HUGE, OLD white oak tree. Over 18 feet in girth. My husband is standing at the bottom in this picture.) A gas exploration company wants to cut her down, and we want to save her. Any suggestions for how to go about this would be appreciated. She is growing in Greene County, PA, just off rt 18, 1.8 miles north of Nineveh. We don't have much time!

(Here's the situation TODAY!)

The gas exploration company is redrawing the plans and saving the tree!

The world is a happy, happy place and I get to live in it!
